Validity and Activation

• Activation Period: The eSIM must be installed and activated within 30 days of purchase.

• Plan Validity: This eSIM plan cannot be topped up or extended. If you need more data or validity days, please repurchase a new eSIM plan directly. You will immediately receive a new QR code and can install it at any time.

Before Purchase

• Device Compatibility: Before purchasing, please ensure that your mobile device supports eSIM functionality and is an unlocked version.

• Refund and Exchange Policy: This product is a virtual item. Once sold, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.

• Data Management: To avoid rapid consumption of high-speed data, it is recommended to turn off automatic updates for mobile applications and cloud backup features.

Installation and Setup Guide

• iOS System: Go to "Settings" > "Cellular" > "Add eSIM", then scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

• Android System: Go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > "SIMs" > "Add eSIM", then scan the QR code.

  • Note: The setup path may vary slightly for different phone brands. If you have questions, please refer to your phone's user manual.

Important Reminders

• Installation Timing: The QR code will be sent to your email after purchase. Please install the eSIM only when you are ready to start using it, as once the eSIM connects to a supported telecommunication network, the plan will automatically activate and start counting days.

• Risk of Early Activation: If your current location is within the coverage area of this eSIM, it may activate immediately after installation, even if you have not yet arrived at your main destination.

• Data Roaming: Please make sure to enable "Data Roaming" in your phone settings to successfully connect to the internet.

• Network Speed: The availability of 5G service depends on the network coverage in your location and your device specifications. If there is no 5G signal, your device will automatically connect to a 4G or LTE network.
