Network Details

• Network Connection: Automatically connects to locally available telecom networks.

• Data Policy: After high-speed data is used up, the network speed will be reduced to 128kbps until the end of the validity period, during which internet access will still be available.

Validity and Activation

• Activation Period: The eSIM must be installed and activated within 30 days of purchase.

• Plan Validity: This eSIM plan cannot be topped up or extended. If you need more data or days of use, please purchase a new eSIM plan directly. You will immediately receive a new QR code and can install it at any time.

Before Purchase

• Device Compatibility: Before purchasing, please ensure that your mobile device supports eSIM functionality and is an unlocked version.

• Refund/Change Policy: This product is a virtual good. Once sold, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.

• Data Management: To avoid rapid consumption of high-speed data, it is recommended to disable automatic updates for mobile apps and cloud backup features.

Installation and Setup Guide

• iOS System: Go to "Settings" > "Cellular" > "Add eSIM", then scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

• Android System: Go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > "SIMs" > "Add eSIM", then scan the QR code.

  • Note: The setup path may vary slightly for different phone brands. If in doubt, please refer to your phone's user manual.

Important Reminder

• Installation Timing: The QR code will be sent to your email after purchase. Please only install the eSIM when you are ready to start using it, as once the eSIM connects to a supported telecom network, the plan will automatically activate and the days will begin counting.

• Risk of Early Activation: If your current location is within the coverage area of this eSIM, it may activate immediately after installation, even if you have not yet reached your main destination.

• Data Roaming: Please ensure that "Data Roaming" is enabled in your phone settings to connect to the internet successfully.

• Network Speed: The availability of 5G service depends on the network coverage in your location and your device specifications. If there is no 5G signal, your device will automatically connect to the 4G or LTE network.
