Validity and Activation

Installation and Setup Guide

iOS System: Go to "Settings" > "Cellular" > "Add eSIM," then scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Android System: Go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > "SIM cards" > "Add eSIM," then scan the QR code.

Note: The setup path may vary slightly for different phone brands. If in doubt, please refer to your phone's user manual.

Important Reminders

Installation Timing: The QR code will be sent to your email after purchase. Please only install the eSIM when you are ready to start using it, as once the eSIM connects to a supported telecom network, the plan will automatically activate and start counting days.

Risk of Early Activation: If your current location is already within the eSIM's coverage area, it may activate immediately after installation, even if you have not yet arrived at your main destination.

Data Roaming: Please ensure that "Data Roaming" is enabled in your phone settings to connect to the internet successfully.

Network Speed: The availability of 5G service depends on the network coverage in your location and your device specifications. If there is no 5G signal, your device will automatically connect to 4G or LTE networks.
