Validity and Activation

Installation and Setup Guide

iOS System: Go to "Settings" > "Cellular" > "Add eSIM," then scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Android System: Go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > "SIMs" > "Add eSIM," then scan the QR code.

Note: The setup path may vary slightly for different phone brands. If you have any questions, please refer to your phone's user manual.

Important Reminder

Installation Timing: The QR code will be sent to your email after purchase. Please only install the eSIM when you are ready to start using it, as once the eSIM connects to a supported telecom network, the plan will be automatically activated and the days will begin to count.

Risk of Early Activation: If your current location is within the eSIM's coverage area, it may activate immediately after installation, even if you have not yet reached your main destination.

Data Roaming: Please make sure to enable "Data Roaming" in your phone settings to connect to the internet successfully.

Network Speed: The availability of 5G service depends on the network coverage in your location and your device specifications. If there is no 5G signal, your device will automatically connect to a 4G or LTE network.
