Validity and Activation

Activation Period: The eSIM must be installed and activated within 30 days of purchase.

Plan Validity: This eSIM plan cannot be topped up or extended. If you need more data or usage days, please purchase a new eSIM plan directly. You will immediately receive a new QR code and can install it at any time.

Regional Regulations: According to local regulations, users in "Hong Kong" or "Taiwan" regions are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) real-name verification. Please check your phone's SMS messages after installation and follow the instructions to complete the verification process.

Before Purchase

Device Compatibility: Before purchasing, please ensure that your mobile device supports eSIM functionality and is an unlocked version.

Refund and Exchange Policy: This product is a virtual good. Once sold, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason.

Data Management: To avoid rapid consumption of high-speed data, it is recommended to disable automatic updates for mobile applications and cloud backup features.

Installation and Setup Guide

iOS System: Go to "Settings" > "Cellular" > "Add eSIM", then scan the QR code. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Android System: Go to "Settings" > "Network & internet" > "SIM cards" > "Add eSIM", then scan the QR code.

Note: The setup path may vary slightly for different phone brands. If you have any questions, please refer to your phone's user manual.

Important Reminders

Installation Time: The QR code will be sent to your email after purchase. Please only install the eSIM when you are ready to start using it, as once the eSIM connects to a supported telecom network, the plan will automatically activate and start counting days.

Risk of Early Activation: If your current location is within the coverage area of this eSIM, it may activate immediately after installation, even if you have not yet arrived at your main destination.

Data Roaming: Please ensure that "Data Roaming" is enabled in your phone settings to successfully connect to the internet.

Network Speed: The availability of 5G service depends on the network coverage in your location and your device specifications. If there is no 5G signal, your device will automatically connect to 4G or LTE networks.
